3. COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

5. APPLICATION FEES:

Candidates belonging to General, OBC and GEN-EWS category are required to pay a non-refundable fee of 250/- through Online Mode. The SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Serviceman category candidates need not to pay the registration fee. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are therefore requested to verify their eligibility & correctness of information on Application Form before paying the registration fee.

Steps for applying:

Step-1: Visit to www.nhpcindia.com & apply through online application portal available in the section “Career” with us. A candidate must possess valid E-mail id and mobile number which shall be active throughout the process as required for any further notification

Step-2: Read all instructions given on the website to ensure your eligibility before applying.

Step-3: Fill the Online application form with relevant details and submit. After successful submission an application ID shall be generated by the system which shall be kept and used for further communication

Step-4: Scanned copies of following documents should be kept ready by the candidate before applying

online registration for attachment:

a. Matriculation/ secondary school certificate as proof of Date of Birth. b. Complete set of mark sheets/ certificates in support of qualification.

c. Caste certificate in format prescribed by the Government of India. In case OBC

candidates the community certificate should have been issued within 6 months before the date of registration.

d. Disability certificate issued by Competent Authority (if applicable)

Step-5: Upload latest photograph and signature as per instructions given in online application portal. Step-6: Take out the print of the registration form generated by the system in duplicate with Unique

application ID for future references.

Application registered without / incomplete documents uploaded shall be summarily rejected even though registration number has been generated. Candidate should not send any documents/ certificates or print out of Registration slip/ form through post.

6. SELECTION PROCESS:

The candidates registered online with NHPC and have filled all the requisite information shall be provisionally allowed to appear for Computer Based Online Test

Based on merit of Online Test, the final selected candidates will be offered “Offer of Appointment”.

7. TEST CENTRES:

The Computer Based Test/Online Test will be held in 22 Cities* as mentioned in the ‘Online’ Application system. Candidates have to select preferred examination city (limited to three choices) from the given list of exam cities in the Online application form. However, NHPC reserves the right to cancel or add any Centre depending on the response of the candidates for that area/centre. Admission to the test centre will be on production of e-Admit Card which is to be downloaded only from our website by candidates.

9. RESERVATIONS AND RELAXATIONS:

1. Reservation for SC / ST / OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) / Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) (degree of disability 40% or above)/Economically Weaker Section (EWS) will be as per the Govt. Norms & Directives.

2. No registration fee will be charged from SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Serviceman category candidates.

3. SC/ST and PwBD (Persons with Disabilities) candidates with 50% marks in qualifying examination are eligible to apply.

4. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ ST, 3 years for OBC (Non- creamy layer). It is relaxable by 10 years for PwD- General, 13 years for PwD –OBC and 15 years for PwD -SC/ST candidates.

5. The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for the candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989

6. The relaxation of age for Ex-servicemen shall be as per Government guidelines.

7. SC/ST/PwBD candidates appearing for CBT/Written Test shall be reimbursed single to & fro

2nd class rail / ordinary bus fare by the shortest route limited to the nearest examination centre from the mailing address mentioned in their application form on production of proof. The Proforma can be downloaded from NHPC official website, along with e-admit card.

8. Candidates seeking reservation under GEN-EWS will have to submit an income & asset certificate issued by a Competent Authority. The closing date for submitting income & asset certificate by the candidate will be treated as the closing date for online receipt of application for the post. The prescribed format and the competent authority have been given in the Department of Personnel & Training Office Memorandum No. 36039/1/2019-Estt (Res) dated

31.01.2019.

9. Candidates seeking reservation as SC / ST / OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) /GEN-EWS/Persons with Disability (PwBD) (degree of disability 40% or above) will have to upload Certificate only in the prescribed proforma meant for appointment to posts under the Government of India from the designated Authority indicating clearly the candidates Caste, the Act/Order under which the caste is recognized as SC/ST / OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and the village/town the candidate is ordinarily resident of.

10. GENERAL INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.

2. Before applying, the candidate should ensure that he / she fulfils the eligibility and other norms mentioned in the advertisement.

3. Candidate is required to obtain requisite marks / grade in essential qualification prescribed for the post, taking average of all the semesters / years irrespective of the weightage given to any particular semester / year by Institute / University.

4. The candidate should have acquired the qualifying educational qualification on or before

01.07.2021 to be eligible for applying.

5. Internal candidates having requisite qualifications are eligible to apply. They are advised to refer to internal circular before filling up the applications.

6. Candidate has to apply Online only. No manual / paper application/application through e-mail will be entertained.

7. The date of declaration of result / issuance of Mark sheet shall be deemed to be the date of acquiring the qualification and there shall be no relaxation on this account. Post qualification experience on a post / level shall be counted only from the said date onwards.

8. Candidature of the registered candidate is liable to be rejected at any stage of recruitment process or after recruitment or joining, if any information provided by the candidate is found to be false or is not found in conformity with eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement.

9. Candidature is also liable to be rejected if it is without testimonials/ certificates.

10. The admit card indicating roll number, name of the allocated test centre, date of Computer Based Written Test and guidelines for the test will be made available on the NHPC website to the candidates found apparently eligible based on the online data. Candidates will also be informed through e-mail. The candidate has to download his / her Admit card, Test Guidelines etc. for appearing in the test from the website. Admit cards will not be sent by post.

11. The candidature of all candidates shall be provisional.

12. Candidates are advised to keep their e-mail ID active at least for one year. No change in e-mail

ID will be allowed once entered. All future correspondence shall be sent via e-mail only.

13. Candidates employed with Government Departments / PSU’s/ Autonomous Bodies have to attach NOC with their application form. In case NOC is not ready till the last date of application form, then they have to attach a self-certificate that they have applied for NOC and shall submit the NOC within 15 days after the date of examination.

14. In case of any ambiguity / dispute, arising on account of interpretation in version other than

English, only English version will prevail.

15. NHPC reserves the right to cancel/modify/restrict/enlarge/alter recruitment process, without issuing any further notice or assigning any reason thereof.

16. NHPC reserves the right to increase / decrease the vacancies as per requirement.

17. Any canvassing, directly or indirectly, by the applicant will disqualify his / her candidature.

18. Recruitment Process will be as per NHPC Policy and Recruitment Rules.

19. In case of any dispute, the Competent Court at Faridabad / High Court of Punjab and

Haryana at Chandigarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

RESERVATION:

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Upper Age limit: 28 years as on 18.12.2022, i.e., not born earlier than 18.12.1994.

Relaxations:

Relaxauon III upper age limit as on HU2.2022 (i.e, closing Date of Online Application):

Minimum Qualification: Degree in Engineering with 65% marks (average of all semesters,

irrespective of the weightage given to any particular year by the Institute/ University), in the

Engineering discipline of Ceramics.

Relaxation in Qualification : The SC/ST/PWD/Departmental Candidates having Engineering Degree in the relevant discipline with 55% marks (average of all semesters) shall be eligible to apply.

The OBC candidates who belong to 'Creamy layer' are not entitled to OBC reservation and such candidates have to indicate their category as General. The OBC (non-creamy layer), would be required to submit the requisite certificate [OBC(non-creamy layer) - caste certificate] in the prescribed format as applicable for employment under Central Govt. issued by the competent authority on or after 01/04/2022, at the time of GD/lnterview. Applications are invited from candidates who fulfill the following qualifications and other eligibility conditions as on 01.12.2022 for selection of suitable candidates for appointment to 11 ex-cadre posts of Court Assistants (Technical Assistant-cum-Programmers) (Group ‘B’ Non Gazetted post) in the Registry of the Supreme Court of India (the number of vacancies may change subject to requirement):-

Reservation in direct recruitment for the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Physically Challenged shall be in accordance with the Rules, Orders and Notifications issued from time to time by the Government of India in respect of posts carrying the pay scale corresponding to the pay scale prescribed for the post of Court Assistant (Technical Assistant-cum-Programmer), subject to such modification, variation or exception as Hon’ble the Chief Justice of India may, from time to time, specify.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Candidates who fulfill the prescribed qualifications, experience and other eligibility conditions as on 01.12.2022 may apply giving full particulars (Bio-data) as per enclosed proforma supported by copies of all the relevant certificates and documents and a passport size photograph to be affixed on the application, all duty self-attested. The candidates to be called for an Interview will have to qualify the Interview by securing minimum qualifying or more marks. The candidates who qualify in the prescribed tests and interview will be empanelled in order of merit for appointment as Court Assistant (Technical Assistant-cum-Programmer).

No TA/DA will be payable to the candidates for appearing in the Examination/Interview.

The Physically Challenged candidates will be extended the same concessions/facilities as are allowed by SSC/UPSC in Written Test, Technical Aptitude Test and Practical Aptitude Test.

The Registry reserves the right to cancel/restrict/enlarge/modify/alter the recruitment process, if needed, without issuing any notice. In case of any dispute, legal jurisdiction will be Delhi.

RECRUITMENT OF SPECIALIST GRADE-II

(SENIOR SCALE) FOR TELANGANA AND TAMILNADU IN ESI CORPORATION

Employees’ State Insurance Corporation is a statutory body constituted under an Act of Parliament (ESI Act, 1948) and works under the administrative control of Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India. Employees’ State Insurance Corporation proposes to recruit Specialist Grade– II (Senior Scale) on direct recruitment basis. The details of vacancies are as under:-

NOTE 1-The committee constituted by ESIC Hqrs. used the abbreviation ‘D’ for ‘Dwarfism’ while in Gazette Notification dated 04.01.2021 ‘D’ is used for ‘Deaf’. Accordingly, wherever the recommendation of the committee has been adopted, ‘D’ used by the committee has been replaced by ‘Dw’ to maintain homogeneity and clarity.

Note 2 – The categories of PwD disability as classified in DoPT OM dated 15.01.2018 in (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) categories have not been followed in the notification dated 04.01.2021. However, as roster are to be prepared as per DoPT OM dated 15.01.2018, the categories mentioned in the notification dated 04.01.2021 have been adjusted/modified accordingly for synchronicity and clarity.

SPECIALIST GR. II (SR. SCALE)

SCALE OF PAY: Level–12 of Pay Matrix with initial pay of Rs. 78,800/- as per 7th CPC. In addition to Pay, DA, NPA, HRA and Transport Allowance will also be admissible as per rules in force from time to time.

AGE LIMIT: Not exceeding 45 years as on 27/12/2022. Relaxable up to 5 years for employees of the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation and the Government Servants. Upper age limit is also relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-Servicemen candidates as per Govt. of India instructions.

Relaxation in age – SC / ST / OBC candidates will be eligible for age relaxation to the extent of the posts reserved for these categories. In case vacancies are not reserved for these categories of applicants in any of the above specialities, the candidates shall not be eligible for any age relaxation.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: -

SPECIALIST GR. II (SR. SCALE) – SUPER SPECIALITIES

1.A recognized medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part-II of third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Sub- Section (3) of Section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

2. Post Graduate Degree in the concerned Specialty as mentioned in Table A or equivalent.

3. Five years’ experience in the concerned specialty after obtaining the first Post Graduate Degree.

4.Language Test: The candidates shall have passed middle level examination in official language of the state concerned where the vacancies are notified or if no candidate is available who fulfills the required conditions, Selection Board will have powers to recommend candidates who have working knowledge of local language

NOTE I: In the case of holders of D.M./M.Ch. Qualification of five years duration, the period of Senior PG Residency rendered in the last part of the said D.M./M.Ch. shall be counted towards requirement of five years’ experience.

NOTE II: The qualifications with regard to experience are relaxable at the discretion of the Appointing Authority on recommendation of the Selection Committee in case of candidates otherwise well qualified.

NOTE III: The qualifications regarding experience in respect of Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes candidates is relaxable based on the guidelines issued by the Government of India from time to time.

NOTE IV: Work experience after obtaining the P.G. Degree will be reckoned as on 27/12/2022.

Experience certificates duly signed by the Head of Department indicating clearly the period and nature of work, should be submitted along with the application form.

NOTE V: Non-medical candidates i.e. candidates not possessing MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by the MCI/State Medical Council as mentioned at Sl. No. ‘1’ above under ‘Essential Qualification’ are not eligible for the above post.

NOTE VI: The MBBS or equivalent qualification and Post Graduate Qualification as mentioned at Sl. No.

‘1’ and ‘2’ above should be recognized by the MCI/State Medical Council. The candidates are advised to attach the certificate of registration/recognition of their MBBS or equivalent qualification and Post Graduate Qualification with the MCI/State Medical Council. The candidate whose MBBS or equivalent and Post Graduate Qualification is not recognized by the MCI/State Medical Council, he/she will not be eligible for the above post.

5Holders of equivalent Post-graduate qualifications as are approved by the Medical Council of India from time to time will be considered to have requisite Post-graduate qualification in the subject concerned.

6In the case of qualifications in Super Specialties (M.Ch./D.M.), except in case of holders of DM/M.Ch. of five years’ duration, the holder should have obtained MD (General Medicine) or MS (General Surgery) on an equivalent qualification as prescribed by the said Council in its recommendations on Post Graduate Medical Examination.

After 1998, for teaching appointments in Super Specialties of Gastro-Intestinal Surgery, the candidates must possess Post-graduate Degree Qualification in the Specialty concerned, that is DM/M.Ch. after MD/MS or other qualifications as may be approved by the Council from time to time. The existing alternative qualification that is MS or an equivalent qualification with two years special training in a recognized training Centre in the specialty concerned shall cease to be sufficient qualification for appointment to aforesaid teaching posts from that date.

SELECTION PROCEDURE

National Health Mission (NHM), Assam invites both offline and online applications for 620 numbers posts of Community Health Officers (CHOs) for the passed out B.Sc Nursing and Post Basic B.Sc Nursing candidates with the Integrated Certificate Course in Community Health. The CHO cadre is a part of an initiative under the Ayushman Bharat to strengthen Sub-Centers as Health and Wellness Centers (H&WCs) for extending comprehensive package of services under primary health care at Sub Centres by strengthening the implementation of public health programmes, including disease prevention, and health promotion. Candidates thus selected shall be posted at Sub-Centers Health & Wellness Centre as CHOs to lead a primary health care team consisting of frontline workers such as Female Health Workers (ANMs), Male Health Worker (MPWs) and ASHAsworking under the Sub Centre.

The eligibility criteria for applying for the post of Community Health Officer are as follows:

Essential Educational Criteria:

1. VACANCIES & RESERVATION

4. AGE

(i) Candidate should not be below 21 years and above 37 years of age on the last date of submission of Online Application Forms i.e. 10.10.2022.

(ii) The upper age limit for a candidate belonging to Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes of all

States and Backward Classes only of Punjab shall be up to 42 years.

(iii) The upper age limit may be relaxed up to 45 years for Punjab Government employees, the

employees of its Boards/Corporations/Commissions and Authorities, and all States/

Central Government employees.

(iii) Ex-serviceman Domiciled in Punjab shall be allowed to deduct the period of their service in the Armed Forces of the Union from their actual age and if the resultant age does not exceed the maximum age limit prescribed for direct appointment to such a vacancy in the Service Rules concerned by more than three years, they shall be deemed to satisfy the condition regarding age limit.

(v) Upper age is also relaxable up to 42 years for Widows, Divorced women and certain other categories of Women.

(vi) Upper age limit is also relaxed up to 47 years for Persons with Disabilities who have domicile of Punjab.

Application are invited from the eligible women candidates (married / divorced / widow) who must be a resident of this Kolkata Municipal Corporation area to fill up the vacancies of the post of Honorary Health Workers (HHWs) as per terms and conditions stated below

1. Name of the post: Honorary Health Worker (HHW)

2. No. of Vacancy: 127

3. Age: 30-40 years as on 1st day of the calendar year i.e. as on 01.01.2022. In case of SC / ST / OBC (A / B)

candidates, the lower age limit may be relaxed to 22 years. As such candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (A/B) may apply whose age is between 22-40 years.

4. Educational qualification: Minimum Madhyamik pass or equivalent examination. Candidates having higher qualification are also eligible. However, in case of candidates possessing higher qualification, only marks obtained in Madhyamik or equivalent examination will be considered. For calculation of the marks obtained in the Secondary Examination (Madhyamik or equivalent), the aggregate is to be considered (excluding the marks obtained in the additional paper).

 Monthly honorarium of the HHW will be Rs. 4,500/- (Rupees Four thousand Five hundred only) per month.

 The HHW shall be engaged on contract initially for a period of 1 (one) year on probation from the date of joining of each HHW and shall be extended further on the basis of satisfactory performance and on obtaining approval for extension from the UD & MA Department.

 Candidate should enclose self attested copy of Proof of Age (Madhyamik Admit card), proof of residence (Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / Ration Card), Mark sheet of Madhyamik or equivalent examination as applicable, proof of SC / ST / OBC-A / OBC-B in case of SC / ST / OBC-A / OBC-B candidates, as per certificate issued by the Sub Divisional Officer / DWO, Kolkata.

 Score in the interview (10% weightage)

 Final merit list should be prepared based on marks obtained by the candidate in the Madhyamik or equivalent examination and score secured in the interview taken together.
