NOTICE FOR ENGAGEMENT OF EXPERIENCED TECHNICAL PERSONNEL FOR PROJECTS, O&M ETC. OF NORTHERN REGION
RailTel Corporation of India Limited (RCIL) is a Mini-Ratna (Category-I) PSU under the Ministry of Railways.
We are looking for dynamic professional purely on Contract basis from Open Market for the following posts, for which applications are invited from Indian citizens. The contract period will initially for 3 years and further extendable on annual basis, based on requirement and performance.

2. QUALIFICATION:
The applicant should possess minimum educational qualification of
Bachelor Degree in Electronics & Telecom Engg./Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electrical Engg./ M.Sc. Electronics or equivalent, from a recognized University/deemed University/ Autonomous institutes
incorporated by an Act of Parliament of State Legislature in India or UGC Act or from Government approved/recognized institutions.
3. Experience:
The applicant should have minimum working experience of 02 years in Telecom
sector, after obtaining the minimum educational qualification, in Government/Public
Sector.
4. Age-Limit:
a) The Maximum age limit is 28 on the date of notification.
b) Candidates who are serving RailTel Corporation on the last date of submission of application as regular employee or Direct Contractual or outsourced and have put in minimum 03 years service (continuous or in broken spells) as on the last date of submission of applications, shall be eligible for relaxation in upper age limit equal to the length of their work-experience in RailTel/REL, in addition to any other relaxation as applicable.
c) In case of OBC (Non-creamy Layer), the relaxation in upper age-limit is 03 years and in case of SC/ST, the relaxation is upto 05 years.
5. SCHEME OF SELECTION:
Selection process involves Written Test and/or Interview and medical examination, which will be held at the Regional/Territory Office of RailTel/Northern Region. Candidates are required to apply offline. Duly filled application forms (Annexure-I) along with relevant enclosures, (educational qualification, Certifications & Experience certificates) to be sent by post/courier to the address given below duly super scribing as under.
14. Work Experience: (in descending chronological order) (may attach additional sheets, if required). Only the experience gained after obtaining the requisite degree will be taken into consideration. Internship. trainings etc will not be taken into con side rat ion.

a) Self-attested copy of Matriculation Certificate/Secondary School Examination Certificate (SSEO) or an equivalent educational certificate (for age proof).
b) Self-attested copies of certificates and mark-sheets in support of the required technical qualification.
c) Self-attested copies of certificates and mark-sheets in support of higher technical/professional qualifications,
d) Self-attested copies of certifications.
e) Certificates in proof of experience, clearly indicating the length and field of experience. (If an experience certificate is not available in case of any previous employer, the copies of offer of appointment along with first and last pay-slips shall be acceptable to ascertain the length of experience under that employer) (Only the experience gained after obtaining the requisite degree will be taken into consideration. Internship, trainings etc will not be taken into consideration).
Self attested caste certificate (In case applicant belongs to SC ST/ OBC (non-creamy layer).
g) Self-attested copy of the appointment letter in support or appointment to the post 111 the organization in which currently working along with valid Identity card and current pay slip issued by the company.
h) Self-attested copy of Photo I.D. proof and address proof (Passport/ Aadhar card/Driving License/ PAN
card/ Voter I. Card) issued by Central/State Govt.
i) Copy of CV with signed photograph thereon (signed on each page).
